Start Up Sequence

Step 1: Insert Isolator Key

Hydraulic Hitch Unlock Sequence (19 c-1 EP only)

Step 1: Start Unlock Process

Initiating the quick hitch unlock process by pressing the sequence button.

Step 2: Confirm Process

Confirming the process via the instrument panel and 2 GO button.

Step 3: Boom LED Indicator

Confirmation of process by a red flashing LED on the boom.

Step 4: Remove Attachment

Disengaging the pivot pin and removing the attachment.

Step 5: Change Attachment

Engaging the jaw with a new attachment and aligning the latch.

Step 6: Lock Quick Hitch

Engaging the lock on the quick hitch and visually checking.

Mechanical Hitch Unlock System

Step 1: Park Machine Up

Parking the machine on firm ground with attachment and dozer positioned.

Step 2: Disconnect Attachment

Stopping the engine, removing hydraulic hoses and locking pin.

Step 3: Insert tommy bar

Inserting the tommy bar into the latch hook.

Step 4: Release Attachment

Applying pressure to the tommy bar to release the rear pivot.
