3.8 Restricted Warranty
Your warranties can also be restricted by
DaimlerChrysler. DaimlerChrysler may restrict the
warranty on your vehicle if the vehicle is not properly
maintained, or if the vehicle is abused or neglected, and
the abuse or neglect interferes with the proper function-
ing of the vehicle. If the warranty is restricted, coverage
may be denied or subject to approval by
DaimlerChrysler before covered repairs are performed.
