What to do if my Jensen MR-750 has no sound?

  If your Jensen Weather Radio has no or low sound when powered on, there might be several reasons. First, check the VOLUME control to ensure it is not set to the minimum. Second, make sure the station is properly tuned. If you are using FM, try extending and rotating the telescopic antenna to improve reception. If you are using AM, relocate the unit to improve reception. Finally, verify that the unit is not in Weather Alert Mode; if it is, select AM, FM, or WB mode as desired.

Why won't my Jensen MR-750 Weather Radio turn on?

  If your Jensen Weather Radio won't turn on, it could be due to a low built-in rechargeable battery and exhausted "AAA" batteries. Recharge the built-in battery and replace all 3 "AAA" batteries with fresh ones. Alternatively, if the unit is charging your portable device, wait until charging is finished or unplug your portable device, wait for 10 – 15 seconds, and then turn the unit power on.
