What to do if Jesco Water Pump is not delivering enough output?
- CCourtney ThompsonAug 1, 2025
If your Jesco Water Pump isn't delivering enough output, several factors could be responsible. Start by checking the valves for leaks or blockages, and clean and vent the pump if necessary. Refer to the "Start-up" instructions for guidance. Also, ensure the valves are correctly assembled, with the valve balls positioned above the valve seats. Inspect the suction valve and line for leaks or blockages, cleaning or sealing as needed. If the suction lift is too high, reposition the pump closer to the inlet, install a pulsation damper on the suction side, or use a priming aid. Lastly, if the viscosity of the fluid is too high, consider installing spring-loaded valves, increasing the pipe diameter, or using a specialized dosing head. You may need to contact the manufacturer in this case.
