Why is my Jesco Water Pump not delivering enough output?

If your Jesco Water Pump's output is too low, start by checking the valves for leaks or blockages. Clean the valves and vent the pump, referring to the "Start-up" section for guidance. Also, tighten any loose screw connections. Ensure that the suction line isn't leaking or blocked, and clean or seal it as needed. If the suction lift is too high, position the pump at the inlet, install a pulsation damper on the suction side, or use a priming aid. Finally, if the viscosity of the fluid is too high, consider installing spring-loaded valves, increasing the pipe diameter, or using a special dosing head (contact the manufacturer for this). Also ensure that the valves are correctly installed with the valve balls above the valve seats.

What to do if my Jesco MEMDOS E Water Pump has no stroke movement?

If your Jesco Water Pump has no stroke movement, first, make sure the stroke length adjusting knob is set correctly and not at zero. If that's not the issue, the diaphragm return spring may be broken and needs replacement. Lastly, verify that the power supply is on.
