Why is my Jet-tech 747 Washer not washing properly?
If your Jet-tech Washer isn't washing properly, several factors could be the cause. Start by checking if the wash water is clean; if not, drain, rinse, and refill the tank. Inspect the wash/rinse arm jets for clogs and carefully clean them, ensuring you don't lose the o-rings. Also, make sure the scrap screens are clean. The water level in the wash tank should be just under the opening of the overflow pipe. Other potential issues include a dirty air trap (clean it), a faulty air pressure switch (adjust or replace), or a solenoid valve with dirt or defects (clean filter or replace).
