Why don't the buttons on the digital controller respond on my Jet MAXI D125?
    • K
      Kelly MorenoSep 16, 2025
If the buttons on the digital controller of your Jet Heating System aren't responding, the plastic housing of the digital controller may have come apart and the PCB has moved. Reassemble the digital controller housing and ensure that the PCB is properly seated.

What to do if P2 FAIL is displayed on a single pump Jet MAXI D125?
    • C
      Catherine FlowersSep 12, 2025
If P2 FAIL is displayed on your Jet Heating System, but it's a single pump model, the PUMPS NUMBER option is likely incorrectly set to 2. Change the PUMPS NUMBER setting to 1.

Why does the pump persistently become air-locked in my Jet MAXI D125 Heating System?
    • J
      John CarrilloSep 12, 2025
If the pump in your Jet Heating System keeps becoming air-locked, it could be because the wrong or no flow restrictor is installed in the float valve (mini and midi units only). Check float valve flow restrictor selection (mini and midi units only).

What should I do if the pump runs but doesn't make up pressure in my Jet MAXI D125?
    • T
      turnerrussellSep 9, 2025
If the pump runs but doesn't build pressure in your Jet Heating System, it's likely that the pump is air-locked and not pumping water. Bleed the pump to resolve this.

What to do if the LOW PRESSURE fault is displayed and the pumps do not run on my Jet Heating System?
    • J
      Jeffrey PriceAug 20, 2025
If the LOW PRESSURE fault is showing and the pumps aren't running on your Jet Heating System, here's what might be happening: * The internal isolation valve within the unit could be closed. If so, open the internal isolation valve. * The system pressure might have dropped below the LOW PRESSURE set point. To fix this, increase system pressure using a filling loop, or enable the SYSTEM FILL option. * The SPC CONTROLLER option might be enabled. Try disabling the SPC CONTROLLER option. * The LOW PRESSURE set point might be too high. In this case, review the system specifications.
