If your JETSURF Sports & Outdoors power board doesn't start, but the engine turns, it could be due to several reasons. If there's water in the engine, indicated by a white emulsion on the spark plug, clean the spark plug. If there's too much fuel, indicated by a spark plug soiled with petrol, clean the spark plug. If there's no fuel, indicated by a dry spark plug and empty fuel tubing, refill the fuel. A faulty spark plug, indicated by no spark, requires spark plug replacement. Lastly, a faulty timing sensor, indicated by the spark plug sparking after the engine shut-off key is pulled out, requires timing sensor replacement.

If your JETSURF Sports & Outdoors power board doesn't start, the engine doesn't turn, and the ICU doesn't flash, it could be due to a flat battery, so charge the battery. It may also be caused by faulty contact in the cables of the control handle, in this case clean the contacts. A damaged ICU cable or a faulty ICU could also be the cause, so replace the ICU in both cases.

If your JETSURF Sports & Outdoors shows a low battery, it might be caused by a short circuit in the starter or a flat battery. Try charging the battery first. If the batteries are charged but the starter turns slowly, consider replacing the starter.

If your JETSURF Sports & Outdoors power board isn't starting, the engine isn't turning, and the ICU flashes, it could be because of a burnt starter winding, so replace the starter. Alternatively, the engine could be jammed, or the jet pump could be stuck, so replace the engine or jet pump.
