INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Place the oven on a flat surface that sup-
ports high temperatures, away from easily
flammable substances and with enough
space around its outer walls.
Oven with ventilated cooking
The circulation of hot air produced during
ventilated cooking optimises the various
oven functions: cooking, grilling, toasting,
and defrosting. The ventilation allows for
quicker and more even cooking, in fact, it
browns and makes the food crispy whilst
keeping its humidity and flavour. The ven-
tilation also allows to reduce the cooking
temperature by 25-30% and the cooking
time by 20-25%, thus obtaining significant
energy savings.
Using the tray and grill
• Open the door with the plug disconnec-
ted and the appliance cold and off.
• Arrange the food on the tray (T) or on the
grill (S) and place it on one of the supports
(H).
• When using the grill (S), place the tray (T)
under the food to collect any grease or sea-
sonings released during cooking.
• Close the door (A).
• To cook large pieces of food evenly, it
may be useful to change their position in
the tray.
COOKING
• With Timer (F) on OFF, insert the plug into
a compatible power outlet.
• Select the temperature (D):
from 100° to 250° C.
• Select the heat sources (E):
activates bottom heating element (sui-
table for cakes, tarts, biscuits, poultry, beef
and pork).
activates the top heating element (sui-
table for fish, steaks, chicken, pork chops).
activates the top and bottom heating
elements (suitable for bread, focaccia, fro-
zen food).

OFF
: no heating element is activated.
• Select the cooking time with F:
from 0 to 60 minutes (in case of short
times, first turn the knob to the 40-minute
position and then bring it back to the desi-
