such as to prevent the stagnation of any re-
frigerant leaks with consequent danger of fire
or explosion, due to the ignition of the refri-
gerant caused by electric stoves, cookers or
other ignition sources.
The device must be stored in such a way as to
prevent mechanical failures.
People who work or intervene on a refrigera-
tion circuit must be in possession of adequa-
te certification, issued by an accredited body,
which certifies the competence to handle refri-
gerants in compliance with an evaluation spe-
cification recognized by sector associations.
Repairs must be carried out according to the
recommendations of the manufacturer of the
appliance.
Maintenance and repair operations that requi-
re the assistance of other qualified personnel
must be carried out under the supervision of
the person specialized in the use of flammable
refrigerants.
All work procedures involving safety equipment
must only be carried out by competent per-
sons.
