Check for a minimum sustained water pressure of 25 kPa to activate the burners. Inspect the water inlet filter screen for epoxy or debris; flush the system by reversing the water hookup if needed. If the gas cylinder might be contaminated by air, try turning the unit on and off repeatedly to clear the gas lines. Lastly, make sure the shower flow water regulator is fully open.

If the source water is too cold, ‘cycle’ the water through the system back into the source reservoir. If you see a yellow flame, this could indicate a gas regulator breakdown; in this case, please call Joolca Customer Service directly and do not attempt to use the appliance.
