Customer Service
Your Joovv Go requires no maintenance beyond basic cleaning. To clean the device, simply unplug it
and wipe the surface with a damp cloth. Do not use harsh cleaners or bleaches, as they may damage
the device. Make sure your Joovv Go is dry before use. The Joovv Go is intended for indoor use only.
If your Joovv Go doesn’t turn on: Make sure your Joovv Go is charged and the wall outlet you’re
using is working. Make sure you’re using the charging cable that came with your Joovv Go and that
the charging block is the supplied charger or it meets the following specifications: 5V, 3A. If you’re
still having trouble, your device may need to be serviced. Please email help@joovv.com with a
summary of your situation.
If you can’t pair with the Joovv app: Make sure your Joovv Go is charged. Check the Bluetooth
indicator light by the charging port. If the light is off, push and hold the power button for 10
seconds to start the pairing process. Follow the prompts on the Joovv app to completion.
If your treatment stops early: The battery is likely too low. Follow the charging instructions.
Troubleshooting
Joovv, Inc. (Joovv) warrants that the Joovv Go will function and perform within the specifications for one (1) year from
the date of delivery. The warranty covers all parts and labor during the warranty period with some exclusions. If
required, the buyer is responsible for return shipping to Joovv within the 1-year warranty period. The warranty shall not
apply to equipment that has been abused, modified, damaged, or fitted with substitute parts other than parts supplied
by Joovv. Joovv shall not be liable for any consequential loss or inconvenience caused by any failure of its products.
After the warranty period has concluded, the user is required to pay for all parts and labor charges. If the device is
repaired or replaced, either within or outside the warranty period, Joovv reserves the right to provide parts in different
colors than the original device. To obtain warranty service, please email help@joovv.com or visit www.joovv.com/
warranty to request an authorization number.
