Verify that the outlet pressure from the inlet control set is at 3 bar. Alternatively, the expansion relief valve seat may be damaged. In this case, remove the cartridge, inspect the seat, and replace it if necessary. If the discharge is intermittent, the expansion vessel charge might have reduced or the bladder could be perished. Check the pressure in the expansion vessel and recharge it to 3 bar if needed. If the bladder is damaged, replace the vessel. Also, the unit might be experiencing back pressurization.
