8. Errormessages
P.FAIL Power failure. The oven continues with the process.
Err will appear in green on the top line of the display.
TSEG/SAFE The safety thermostat is open.
(in the DIGTERM models, the buoy detects lack of water)
SENS Open temperature probe.
The control does not detect the temperature probe.
HEAT The resistance does not work.
The equipment detects that the temperature does not increase.
9.Maintenance
Before removing the oven lid to handle inside, disconnect it from the mains
socket.
The oven internal electronic circuits manipulation by unauthorized personnel
can cause damages that are difcult to repair. Be sure to take the equipment
to one of the technical services authorized by J.P. SELECTA, s.a.u.
CLEANING:
We recommend the following products for cleaning the different pieces of the equipment:
Stainless steel cleaning: Alcohol.
Covers and plastics cleaning: Alcohol with a cotton cloth.
Circulationpump
The water circulation pump (or other liquid) could operate in two conguration modes:
- INTERNAL circulation: Water will be pumped from horizontal pump output (See g 7.4).
Use this conguration to achieve a good temperature homogenization in the liquid in the
vessel.
- EXTERNAL circulation: Water will be pumped from vertical pump output (See g 7.5).
Use this conguration to send the liquid to an external circulation circuit for tempering,
cooling, etc ... an external equipment.
