Usage Features

The Juice SuperMax is designed for ease of use with clearly labeled ports and intuitive controls.

Powering On/Off:

  • To turn on the SuperMax, press the power button (12) for 3 seconds.
  • To turn off the SuperMax, press and hold the power button (12) for 3 seconds.

Using AC Power:

  1. Turn on the SuperMax by pressing the power button (12) for 3 seconds.
  2. Press the AC OUT button (13). The LED on the button will illuminate.
  3. Plug your device into one of the AC output ports (14).

Using DC Power:

  1. Turn on the SuperMax by pressing the power button (12) for 3 seconds.
  2. Press the DC OUT button (3). The LED on the button will illuminate.
  3. Plug your device into one of the DC output ports (6, 7) or USB ports (8, 9, 10).

Using the LED Flashlight:

  • To turn on/off: Press and hold the LED Flashlight button (15) for 3 seconds.
  • Standard Light: Press the LED Flashlight button (15) once.
  • SOS Mode: Press the LED Flashlight button (15) twice.
  • Strobe Mode: Press the LED Flashlight button (15) three times.

Charging the SuperMax: The device can be charged in three ways:

  1. From the wall: Plug the supplied 3-pin adapter into a wall socket and connect the DC cable to the DC INPUT port (5).
  2. From solar panels (sold separately): Connect a 36V 100-400W solar panel to the Solar input connector (4) or DC INPUT port (5). Charging speed varies with sun strength.
  3. From the car: Insert the supplied 29.4V car charger cable into the car's cigarette lighter and plug the DC cable into the DC INPUT port (5). It is recommended to run the engine during car charging to prevent battery drain and to avoid charging on uneven terrain to prevent fire risk.

Display LCD (11): The LCD shows real-time power level percentage, remaining charging time, output wattage, and remaining usage time.

Applications:

  • Camping Trips: Provides approximately 50 phone charges, powers a 100W solar panel for 8 hours, 12 laptop charges, or runs a portable fridge for 12 hours.
  • Outdoor Adventures: Offers sufficient charge for weekend-long activities.
  • Home Essentials: Serves as an emergency power source during unexpected power outages.
  • Solar Power: Utilizes external solar panels for an infinite power source.

Maintenance Features

To ensure optimal performance and longevity of the Juice SuperMax, several maintenance guidelines are provided:

  • Regular Charging: To maintain optimum performance, charge the SuperMax every 3 months when not in active use. This prevents deep discharge and preserves battery health.
  • Post-Discharge Recharge: After fully discharging the battery, it is recommended to leave the SuperMax powered down for approximately 2 hours before recharging. This helps to preserve the health and performance of the battery cells.
  • Ventilation: Always charge the product in a well-ventilated area and do not restrict ventilation in any way. This prevents overheating during charging.
  • Environmental Conditions: Use the Juice SuperMax in a well-ventilated and dry area, away from rain and direct, intense sunlight. Extreme conditions can affect performance and safety.
  • Cable Integrity: Avoid using frayed or damaged charging cables to reduce the risk of electric shock.
  • Storage: Store the device within the recommended storage temperature range of -10°C to 65°C.
  • Power Conservation: If the DC or AC power is live, the LED on the respective button will be alight. To retain power when not using the output ports, ensure these buttons are switched off.
  • Troubleshooting: The manual provides a troubleshooting guide for common issues such as unresponsive buttons/screen, LCD display errors, USB port failures, and charging problems. Solutions range from ensuring the device has charge and reducing load to contacting customer services for more complex issues like broken chargers or internal line reversals.
