Function Description:
The machine performs welting work by setting materials such as garment body, interlining pieces, and welting patches in place and operating switches on the operation panel. - Basic Operation: Turn ON the power, press the RESET button, select the desired language, and then choose a sewing pattern.
- Sewing Modes: Supports independent sewing, alternate sewing, and cycle sewing modes.
- Pattern Management: Users can select, create, copy, erase, and name sewing patterns. Cycle sewing data can also be edited.
- Sewing Data Adjustment: Detailed sewing data, such as motion mode, stitch length, marking light position, and flap concealed stitching data, can be changed.
- Memory Switch Data: Common motion data and data operating on all sewing patterns can be adjusted across two levels.
- Optional Settings: Allows configuration of optional devices like clamp bar stacker (SP-46N), roller stacker (SP-47N), dart stretcher, vacuum device, automatic interlining supplying device (SA-120N), and zipper attachment.
