[How to perform adjustment]
○ Loosen the setscrew

. Carry out the adjustment by moving the throat
plate

as described below:
a) The feed dog

b) The needles are spaced equidistantly with respect to the needle
slot

c) The distance between the needle center and the front edge of the

○ Tighten the setscrews

* Check that the distance between the top surface of throat plate

0.15 mm

[How to perform adjustment]
○ Loosen the setscrew

of the needle bar connection

(The needle bar should not slip down.)
○ Turn the handwheel to allow the needle bar

its stroke.
○ Move needle bar

up and down by hand to adjust dimension

○ Tighten the setscrew

* Check the position of needle entry of the left needle and right needle to the
throat plate

* Check the clearance between the needle

and the looper, and the clear-
ance between the needle

and the needle guard.
* The right needle is at the center position of the needle bar, but the left needle
is offset on the left side from the center of the needle bar.
The position of the left needle moves back and forth by turning the needle
bar.
