Press button 1 briefly to change to the stop function.
Start the chronoscope by pressing button 1.
Stop the chronoscope by pressing button 1 again.
Press button 2 to return all stop displays to their zero position.
Add stop times by starting the function, then pressing button 2.
The Junghans MEGA has a perpetual calendar. No manual date adjustment needed.
Pull crown to C, set hour by turning clockwise/counterclockwise, push back to A.
Pull crown to B, set time zones by turning, push back to A.
Synchronise watch with time data stored in your smartphone via the Junghans App.
Press button 2 in crown position A for >4 sec to synchronise manually.
Change reception area using crown (pos C), then synchronise.
Table shows light exposure needed daily for sufficient power.
Second hand jumps indicate power. Double jumps mean low power.
