Disassembly before first use
Disassemble the milling head before first use for clean-
ing (see section Cleaning).
1 Unscrew the sealing ring I counter-clockwise from the
housing N.
2 Remove the setting unit J.
3 Remove the grinding cone K, grinding ring L and
screw M from the housing N.
Assembly/disassembly
1 Push the screw M, leading with the plastic connector,
into the housing N until it reaches the end stop.
2 Insert the grinding ring L into the housing N.
Important: Note the flattened side of the grinding ring.
The grinding ring must fit precisely into the recess on
the housing.
3 Place the grinding cone K on the grinding ring L.
Important: The square shaft of the grinding cone must
sit in the screw. The square mounting of the screw must
be completely free of residue.
4 Place the setting unit J on the housing N.
Important: The notch of the setting unit must point
downwards and sit over the small raised area in the
housing. The flour outlet will then point downwards.
5 Screw the sealing ring I clockwise onto the housing N.
6 Attach the filling hopper A.
It can be disassembled using the same steps in reverse
order.
Setting the milling grade
Set the desired milling grade during the milling process
using the knurled knob R.
Finer Coarser
IMPORTANT:
The square mounting of the screw must be completely
free of residue. Otherwise, it is not possible to set the
milling grade to fine.
Always select a coarse setting before and after use.
Do not use force when turning the knurled knob R.
Use the finest milling grade for wheat only.
Avoid an extremely fine setting.
