Why is my Jura 760 not frothing milk properly?
    • B
      Barry HendersonAug 11, 2025
If your Jura Coffee Maker isn't producing enough foam or the milk is spraying out of the fine foam frother, the issue is likely a dirty fine foam frother. Clean the fine foam frother or dismantle and rinse it thoroughly.

Why does my Jura 760 Coffee Maker say ‘Fill water tank’ when it's not empty?
    • L
      Lauren WalshAug 18, 2025
If your Jura Coffee Maker displays ‘Fill water tank’ even when the tank is full, it's likely due to limescale buildup in the water tank. Descale the water tank to resolve this issue.

What does ‘ERROR 2’ or ‘ERROR 5’ mean on my Jura 760, and how to fix it?
    • J
      James OrtegaAug 25, 2025
If your Jura Coffee Maker displays ‘ERROR 2’ or ‘ERROR 5’, it may be because the machine has been exposed to the cold for an extended period, which can disable heating for safety. To fix this, warm the machine at room temperature.

What to do if coffee only comes out in drips from my Jura Coffee Maker?
    • M
      Manuel BernardAug 30, 2025
If coffee is only dripping from your Jura Coffee Maker during preparation, it could be due to a couple of reasons. Either the coffee is ground too finely, obstructing the system - in this case, set the grinder to a coarser setting. Alternatively, the water hardness may not have been correctly set, so perform descaling.

What to do if little or no water or steam comes out of the fine foam frother of my Jura 760 Coffee Maker?
    • E
      Edward CooperSep 5, 2025
If little to no water or steam is coming out of the fine foam frother on your Jura Coffee Maker, and the pump is very quiet, the connector of the fine foam frother may be blocked by milk residues or limescale fragments loosened during descaling. Remove the fine foam frother, unscrew the black connector with the aid of the hexagonal hole on the measuring spoon for ground coffee, clean the connector thoroughly, and screw the connector back on tightly by hand.
