  Insufficient foam may be produced, or milk may spray from the dual spout if the dual spout is dirty. Ensure the cover of the dual spout is correctly fitted. Also, clean the milk system in the dual spout or dismantle and rinse the dual spout. The issue can also arise if the milk and milk foam temperature is set too high; in this case, set a lower milk and milk foam temperature for the product.
