Why is my Jura GIGA 10 not producing enough milk foam?
    • J
      Jason BrooksAug 18, 2025
Insufficient foam may be produced, or milk may spray from the dual spout if the dual spout is dirty. Ensure the cover of the dual spout is correctly fitted. Also, clean the milk system in the dual spout or dismantle and rinse the dual spout. The issue can also arise if the milk and milk foam temperature is set too high; in this case, set a lower milk and milk foam temperature for the product.

Why does my Jura Coffee Maker display 'Error 2' or 'Error 5'?
    • K
      Karen MedinaAug 21, 2025
If the Jura Coffee Maker displays 'Error 2' or 'Error 5', it could be due to the machine being exposed to cold temperatures for an extended period, which disables heating for safety. To resolve this, warm the machine at room temperature.
