• Sliding vanes vacuum pump injection cooled (PNR) or natural air-cooling (PNE). The PNR version is meant for heavy duty; the PNE version for
normal use.
• Automatic oil lubrication of both bearings and sealings. Copper oil piping. Rear oil tank (PNR/E 73-83-104-124). Side oil tank (PNR142).
• The suction unit consists of a 4-way valve (which acts as flow inverter between the suction line and the discharge line) and of a suction one-
way non-return valve, all integrated to the vacuum pump in a single in-built manifold.
• Built-in vacuum-pressure changeover valve. Pneumatic or hydraulic actuator are available.
• Transmission:
- Direct with smooth or splined shaft.
- Gearbox transmission (ASAE 1” 3/8) 540 or 1000 rpm, counter clockwise rotation.
- With hydraulic motor.
STANDARD EQUIPMENT
• Sliding-vanes, air cooled vacuum pump.
• Asbestos-free tangential vanes.
• Automatic lubrication by means of a volumetric pump and an oil
tank.
• Asymmetrical manifold with check valve installed on the pump
inlet.
• Pivoting suction and exhaust conveyors in aluminum alloy.
• Direct transmission with smooth or splined shaft (ASAE 1 3/8”).
• Gearbox transmission with smooth or splined shaft.
• Counter clockwise rotation.
• Injection cooled (PNR) or natural air-cooling (PNE).
AVAILABLE ON REQUEST
• Clockwise rotation.
• Transmission with hydraulic motor.
• Drive by means of mechanical drive from Power Take Off.
• Pulley for the belt drive.
• Pneumatic actuator for the vacuum/pressure changeover valve.
• Hydraulic actuator for the vacuum/pressure changeover valve.
• Safety thermostat.
