Cassette Deck (TAPE 1)

of
the
SOURCE
SELECT
or
CONTROL
section
keys.
2. Use the following keys.

: Stops operation.

To release press [>] .
: Fast winds the tape from right to left.
: Fast winds the tape from left to right.
: Skips to the beginning of the previous tune.
: Skips to the beginning of the next tune.
: Press together with [e] to start recording.
Press together with [w] to enter record-pause mode.

Note:
When
the
tape
1
key
of
the
CONTROL
section
is
pressed,
the
SURCE
key
of
the
receiver
will
not
be
switched.
You
can
use
this
function
to
standby
for
playing
or
recording
while
listening
to
otehr
sources.
TAPE 2/VIDEO SOUND
1. Press the TAPE 2/VIDEO SOUND key of the SOURCE SELECT
keys.
Press
when
you
want
to
play
back
or
monitor
the
recording
on
a
tape
deck
connected
to
the
TAPE
2/VIDEO
SOUND
terminals
or
when
you
want
to
play
back
a
tape
or
video
equipment.
Turntable (PHONO)
1. Press the PHONO key of the SOURCE SELECT keys.
2. Use the following keys.

» - Starts play.
m : Stops play.
VCR
1. Press the VCR key of the CONTROL section keys.
2. Use the following keys.

m= : Stops VCR operation.

= Using the Sleep Timer
The
sleep
timer
shuts
off
the
receiver
(to
enter
the
STANDBY
mode)
when
the
preset
time
intervals
have
elapsed.
1. Press the SLEEP key to set the timer setting mode.

SLEEP

pressed
subsequently,
the
timer
can
be
set
up
to
80
minutes,
in
10-munute
multiples.
