Adjust the drip tray to the required cup size. To remove the drip tray, first lift it
slightly, and push it in at a slight angle from above when replacing it. Extra-large cups
are placed directly on the base plate without a drip tray.

After 5 minutes (factory setting) or after the time you decide to pre-set
(see page 19), the appliance will switch off automatically. You then have
to switch the appliance on again (ON/OFF button) before you can prepare another
drink. Now carry out steps 3-5 of the initial start-up instructions again WITHOUT
inserting a capsule.
If you are preparing a drink using milk capsules (e.g. latte macchiato),please observe
the relevant instructions on the K-fee® – your system capsule packaging.
