Why does my Kaisai ECO KEX switch from COOL/HEAT to FAN mode?
    • D
      daisymyersAug 6, 2025
Your Kaisai Air Conditioner might switch to FAN mode for two reasons: either to prevent frost from forming, in which case it will return to the previous mode once the temperature increases; or because the set temperature has been reached, causing the compressor to turn off. It will resume operation when the temperature fluctuates again.

Why does my Kaisai Air Conditioner make noises?
    • T
      Timothy AndersonAug 13, 2025
Your Kaisai Air Conditioner may produce a low hissing sound during operation, which is normal due to refrigerant gas flowing through the units. This sound may also occur when the system starts, stops, or is defrosting, as the refrigerant gas stops or changes direction. Additionally, temperature changes can cause squeaking noises from the expansion and contraction of plastic and metal parts.

Why does my Kaisai ECO KEX Air Conditioner indoor unit emit white mist?
    • S
      Steven SantosAug 18, 2025
In humid regions, a large temperature difference between the room’s air and the conditioned air can cause your Kaisai Air Conditioner indoor unit to emit white mist.

Why do both the indoor and outdoor units of my Kaisai ECO KEX Air Conditioner emit white mist?
    • M
      mark23Aug 25, 2025
When your Kaisai Air Conditioner restarts in HEAT mode after defrosting, white mist may be emitted from both the indoor and outdoor units. This is due to moisture generated during the defrosting process.

      Evan OlsonAug 30, 2025
A rushing air sound may occur when the louver resets its position. A squeaking sound may occur after running the unit in HEAT mode due to expansion and contraction of the unit’s plastic parts.
