Residual heat
The term Residual heat is used to describe the
heat which the oven has accumulated
inside it
while cooking foods.
This heat is gradually
dispersed over time and may still be a culinary
resource if managed properly: your oven indicates
the internal temperature 1, after turning the oven
off, until it drops to 50°C. This way you can use it
to heat up food, unfreeze foods at a low
temperature, or to indicate the level of safety in the
kitchen.
Turbo heat function
This function greatly reduces a time of heating of
the oven with all of selected functions.
Choose a wanted oven function using the
key 2.
To activate Turbo heat
function, press
the key 3 Display shows a stairs simbol 4.
On reaching the temperature set the display will
show the temperature value 5 and emit two beeps.
Turbo clean function
This function is applied to fast clearing the oven
end can only be activated when no other function
of the oven has been activated. Function Turbo
clean speeds up the cleaning the oven using the
self-cleaning catalytic panels.
Push the key 6 on the control panel to turn
on the oven.
Push key Turbo clean 7 to turn on this
function. Display shows the symbol 8 and
the oven reaches the temperature of 250°C
and stays at this temperature for 1 hour.
