with a protectant. To ensure proper fit
and operation, remove coating. Coating
is easily removed with mild solvents,
such as mineral spirits, and soft cloth.
Avoid getting cleaning solution on
paint or any of the rubber or plastic
parts. Solvents may deteriorate these
nishes. Use soap and water on paint,
plastic or rubber components. After
cleaning, cover all exposed surfaces

Why is the crank arm difficult to turn on my KAKA Industrial Tools?
    • E
      elizabethclarkeJul 30, 2025
A stiff crank arm on your KAKA Industrial Tools can be caused by a loose or improperly positioned adjusting gear (#17). To fix this, adjust the gear's position using the Hex Head screw (#16), loosening or tightening it as needed. Another potential cause is improper lubrication. Ensure you are lubricating the tool properly, following the lubrication guidelines.

What to do if dies do not make the form correctly on KAKA Industrial Tools?
    • S
      Steven AustinAug 9, 2025
If the dies on your KAKA Industrial Tools aren't forming correctly, it could be due to improperly adjusted dies. Adjust the die position using adjusting nut (# 7). Also, check the workpiece material thickness. If it exceeds the machine's capacity of 0.050” mild steel (or equivalent), it will not form correctly. Refer to the Equivalency Chart to ensure you are within the machine's limits.
