Properlymaintaining your belt sanderwill keepit function. Below is a list of items
that you will need to do to keepit functioning. Thesetasksshould be performed
monthly (depending on usageof the machine).
Check List
Thoroughly clean sander. We would recommend disassemblingthe sander
to complete procedure.
Thisinvolvesblowing with air nozzleor a sti bristle brush to knocko
debris on all moving parts. Below are the moving parts:
o Upper pulley (936-030)
o Lower pulley (936-007)
o Idler shaft (645-008)
o Trackingcollar (123-004)
Sign O Sheet
We would recommend that you signand date the sheet ever time the machineis
clean.
