Tips:
• Although oil is not necessary, a small portion of oil can be sprayed on or
brushed on food before air frying. Make sure to distribute oil evenly on
food.
• Most foods require flipping halfway through the cooking process for
crispiest and most even results. In addition, food should be placed in a
single layer to ensure that everything gets the same exposure to the hot
air circulation. This means that halfway through your set time, you
should open your oven and take a spatula to move your food around
to ensure even heat exposure. Using heat-proof gloves, you can also
shake the basket to make sure the food ends up flat and evenly
spaced on the basket.
• When placing food to be air fried on the “fast air fry” position, pay
close attention that the outside does not cook faster than the inside.
This mode is recommended for reheating already cooked food or
finishing off foods to ensure maximum crispiness.
• Some foods release water or oil when cooking. When cooking large
quantities for an extended period, condensation may build up, which
could leave moisture on your countertop.
• Use the baking pan to catch water or oil when dripping.
