Start lying face up on a bench. Hold the ball with arms extended straight up, then lower and return.
Spread feet wider, bend knees, hold ball between legs, swing up to parallel arm position, control descent.
Feet shoulder-width apart, align knees/ankles. Keep chest high. Squat from hips, keeping back aligned. Push through heels.
Start with upper body erect, holding ball parallel to floor. Step out to 90-degree front leg, rotate trunk 90 degrees.
Lie on back, legs at 45-degree angle. Grasp handles, reach up to touch toes with the ball. Repeat for repetitions.
In a seated position, lift heels slightly. Grasp handles, rotate at the trunk, touching the ball from side to side.
Lie on back, hold ball six inches off ground. Simultaneously hold feet six inches off ground for a set period.
Start with a squat. From the bottom, perform a plyometric jump up and forward, landing with bent knees. Repeat.
