If you press this key, "PAU" will be displayed and the hob will stop working.
Sous-Vide (Temp)
When you connect the temperature sensor to the hob, you work in SV mode. The temperature can be
adjusted from 25 to 99 ° C. The default temperature is 25 ° C when the hob is turned on. When the desired
temperature is reached, this temperature is maintained. Hang the temperature probe in the cookware, check
the probes and constantly check the temperature to the temperature you have set. After the heating period,
the display shows the currently set temperature. If you press the function key briefly, the preset temperature
is displayed
.
In SV mode, the timer begins counting as soon as the preset temperature is reached.
Automatic safety shutdown
The hob will switch off automatically after two hours if you have not set the cooking time, have forgotten to
switch off the appliance or not operate the hob at all.
Please do not put hot pots or pans on the keypad! This could cause damage.

Residual heat indicator
The hob is equipped with a residual heat indicator for each cooking zone. These indicators alert the
user that the cooking zone is still hot.
When the display shows the symbol the cooking zone is still called. If the residual heat indicator of a
particular cooking zone is lit, this zone can be used to keep a plate warm or to melt butter, for example.
When the cooking zone has cooled, the indicator goes off.
When the hob is in operation, the residual heat indicator "H" lights up until the cooking zones have cooled
down.
