This document provides a comprehensive overview of the Kärcher B 110 R Classic Bp D75 and B 110 R Classic Bp R75 scrubber-dryers, designed for commercial and industrial floor cleaning.
Function Description:
The Kärcher B 110 R Classic series comprises ride-on scrubber-dryers engineered for efficient wet cleaning and polishing of various floor types. These machines are adaptable to specific cleaning tasks through adjustable water and detergent volumes. Their design, featuring a substantial working width and large fresh and waste water tank capacities, ensures effective cleaning over extended operating periods. The devices are equipped with a drive motor for ease of operation. They are suitable for use in diverse commercial and industrial environments such as hotels, schools, hospitals, factories, shops, offices, and rental businesses. The B 110 R Classic models are specifically designed for cleaning smooth surfaces that are insensitive to moisture and polishing, and are intended for indoor use. The operational temperature range is between +5 °C and +40 °C. It is crucial to note that these machines are not suitable for cleaning frozen floors (e.g., in cold stores) or for use in potentially explosive environments. They are approved for operation on surfaces with a maximum water height of 1 cm and a maximum slope of 10% during operation, and up to 22% for short-distance transport and loading.

Usage Features:
The B 110 R Classic series offers various features to optimize cleaning performance and user experience:
- Control Panel: Equipped with a horn, travel direction switch, program switch, Intelligent Key slot, optional display, info button, and safety switch.
- Program Switch: Provides several modes:
- OFF: Device is switched off.
- TRANSPORT MODE: For driving the device to the operating location.
- ECO MODE: Wet cleaning with reduced water volume and brush speed, and waste water vacuuming with reduced suction power.
- NORMAL MODE: Standard wet cleaning and waste water vacuuming.
- HEAVY MODE: Wet cleaning with increased brush contact pressure and waste water vacuuming.
- SCRUB MODE: Pre-cleaning without vacuuming, allowing detergent to act on the floor.
- SUCTION MODE: For vacuuming dirty liquid.
- POLISH MODE: For polishing the floor at high brush speed without liquid application.
- Intelligent Key System: The device uses an Intelligent Key system. A yellow Intelligent Key grants access to functions required for cleaning tasks, with parameters for various cleaning programs pre-set. A grey Intelligent Key provides supervisory staff with extended authorizations and setting options, including maximum speed adjustment, operating hours counter display, maintenance counter reset, software version display, cleaning head adjustment (R or D), after-running time settings, language settings, key management, and activation of factory settings.
- Squeegee Bar Adjustment: The inclination of the squeegee bar can be adjusted to ensure even contact of the suction lips with the floor. Height adjustment also influences the bending of the suction lips.
- Detergent Filling: The fresh water tank cap includes a measuring scale for precise detergent dosage.
- Safety Features: Includes a safety switch for immediate shutdown of all functions and a seat switch that turns off the drive motor if the operator leaves the seat during operation or driving.
