Usage Features:
The B 110 R Classic series offers various features to optimize cleaning performance and user experience:
- Control Panel: Equipped with a horn, travel direction switch, program switch, Intelligent Key slot, optional display, info button, and safety switch.
- Program Switch: Provides several modes:
- OFF: Device is switched off.
- TRANSPORT MODE: For driving the device to the operating location.
- ECO MODE: Wet cleaning with reduced water volume and brush speed, and waste water vacuuming with reduced suction power.
- NORMAL MODE: Standard wet cleaning and waste water vacuuming.
- HEAVY MODE: Wet cleaning with increased brush contact pressure and waste water vacuuming.
- SCRUB MODE: Pre-cleaning without vacuuming, allowing detergent to act on the floor.
- SUCTION MODE: For vacuuming dirty liquid.
- POLISH MODE: For polishing the floor at high brush speed without liquid application.
- Intelligent Key System: The device uses an Intelligent Key system. A yellow Intelligent Key grants access to functions required for cleaning tasks, with parameters for various cleaning programs pre-set. - Squeegee Bar Adjustment: The inclination of the squeegee bar can be adjusted to ensure even contact of the suction lips with the floor. Height adjustment also influences the bending of the suction lips.

Maintenance Features:
Regular maintenance is crucial for the longevity and optimal performance of the B 110 R Classic series.
- After Each Use:
- Drain and rinse the waste water tank.
- Clean the coarse dirt filter and fluff filter.
- Clean the exterior of the device.
- Check and clean the suction lips and squeegee blades for wear, replacing if necessary.
- Check and clean the brushes for wear, replacing if necessary.
- Charge the battery.
- Weekly:
- For frequent use, fully charge the battery at least once a week without interruption.
- Monthly:
- Perform equalization charging of the battery if the device is temporarily shut down.
- Check battery terminals for oxidation and brush off if necessary, ensuring connection cables are firmly in place.
- Clean seals between the waste water tank and cover, checking for leaks and replacing if necessary.
- Empty and rinse the fresh water tank to remove deposits.
- Clean the fresh water filter.
- Check the acid density of cells in non-maintenance-free batteries.
- For R-cleaning head only: Clean the brush tunnel and water distribution strip.

- Brush Replacement: Disc brushes and roller brushes should be replaced when bristle length reaches 10 mm.
- Squeegee Lip Maintenance: Squeegee lips can be turned up to 3 times until all 4 edges are worn, or replaced if necessary.
- Battery Maintenance: Batteries should be charged before initial startup. During charging, ensure proper ventilation and safety precautions are followed. Distilled or desalinated water (EN 50272-T3) should be used for topping up wet batteries.
- Troubleshooting: The manual provides a detailed troubleshooting guide for common issues, with or without display indications, to help operators resolve problems efficiently.
