The use of detergents from other manufacturers can lead to severe foam formation, and the device shutdown is activated before 6.76 oz (200 ml) is reached, so use only KÄRCHER detergents and ensure the correct dosage.

You can clean the floor several times using the device and clean rollers, without using detergent.

  If the rollers on your Kärcher Vacuum Cleaner do not turn and the displays flash, switch the device off and on. Remove the rollers and check for any jammed objects. Ensure the rollers are screwed into the roller holder as far as they will go. Check for dirt accumulated in the hair filters in the floor head and remove it. Make sure the hair filters are inserted correctly. Press the ON / OFF switch. Push the unlocking button for the hair filters inwards and remove the hair filters. Moisten the rollers. Press and hold the boost function button. Move the device back and forth until the rollers are sufficiently moistened. Insert the hair filters.
