10.9.4 Tension adjustable backrest
Tension adjustable backrest could be adjusted the tension of the backrest
cover as user’s requirements.
To adjust the backrest cover, first remove the backrest upholstery. Loosen the
hook and loop straps on the rear of backrest cover by simply pulling on them.
Then tighten or loosen the straps as required.
10.9.5 Rear wheel axle extension plate
Rear wheel axle could be adjusted to forward, middle and rearward position
for user’s propelling needs.
To install the extension plate, first remove the rear wheel. Equip with the
extension plate to the desired axle position. Then put back the rear wheel and
re-adjust the position of brakes. Repeat the process on the other side.
If the straps are set too loose, the tipping point of wheelchair may be
changed to increase the risk of tipping. Please ensure that the straps are
set correctly.
Always ensure that the rear wheels are fully secured whenever you
remove and put back the rear wheels.
