The Kawasaki Workhorse KLF300 (KLF300B6F) is a robust and versatile all-terrain vehicle (ATV) designed for demanding work and recreational use. It features a low-maintenance 4-stroke, single-cylinder, SOHC, air-cooled, 2-valve engine with a displacement of 290 cm³, a bore and stroke of 76.0 x 64.0 mm, and a compression ratio of 8.6:1. This engine delivers a maximum power of 14.3 kW (19.5 PS) at 6,500 r/min and a maximum torque of 22.6 Nm at 5,500 r/min, ensuring ample power and torque across the rpm range for various tasks and terrains. An engine balancer is incorporated to reduce vibration, minimizing wear, noise, and rider fatigue.
The fuel system utilizes a Keihin CVK32 carburettor, providing excellent throttle response.
