    • HEAT mode: -15°C - 24°C (5°F - 76°F); -7°C - 24°C (19°F - 75°F) for special tropical models.
    • DRY mode: 0°C - 50°C (32°F - 122°F); 0°C - 60°C (32°F - 140°F) for special tropical models.

Operating Conditions (Fixed-speed Type):

  • Indoor Temperature:
    • COOL mode: 17°-32°C (62°-90°F)
    • HEAT mode: 0°-30°C (32°-86°F)

  • Outdoor Temperature:

Safety Features:

  • Requires professional installation by an authorized dealer.
  • Equipped with a 3mm separation distance all-pole disconnection device and a Residual Current Device (RCD) with a rating above 10mA in fixed wiring (as per national rules).
  • Refrigerant Leak Detection System (some models) displays "EC" and flashes LED indicator light upon detection.
  • For R32 refrigerant units: DO NOT pierce or burn. Appliance must be stored in a well-ventilated area where room size corresponds to operation specifications. Servicing by competent personnel only.

Manual Operations:

  • MANUAL button: Cycles through AUTO, FORCED COOL, OFF modes.
  • FORCED COOL mode: Operation light flashes. Unit cools at high wind speed for 30 minutes, then switches to AUTO. Remote control is disabled.
  • OFF mode: Unit turns off, remote control re-enabled.

Default Setting:

  • After power failure, unit restarts with factory settings: AUTO mode, AUTO fan, 24°C (76°F). Remote control needed to update status.

Auto-Restart (some models):

  • Automatically restarts with previous settings after power returns from a power failure.

Louver Angle Memory Function (Optional):

  • Restores horizontal louver angle to previous position after power failure.
  • Avoid setting louver angle too small to prevent condensation.
  • Manual button can reset louver settings.

Energy Saving Tips:

  • Avoid excessive temperature settings.
  • Close curtains during cooling to block direct sunlight.
  • Keep doors and windows closed to maintain desired room temperature.
  • Do not obstruct air inlet/outlet.
  • Use SLEEP/ECONOMY mode.
  • Remove remote control batteries if not using for a long time.
  • Clean air filter every two weeks.
  • Adjust louvers to avoid direct airflow.
  • Closing curtains during heating helps retain heat.

Maintenance Features

Unit Maintenance:

  • WARNING: Servicing and repair must be performed by certified professionals.
  • BEFORE CLEANING OR MAINTENANCE: Always turn off power supply.
  • DO NOT use water hotter than 40°C (104°F) for cleaning.
  • DO NOT use volatile substances (benzene, paint thinner, polishing powder) or harsh chemicals.
  • DO NOT wash the unit under running water.
  • DO NOT touch evaporator coils (sharp, may cause injury).
  • DO NOT inspect the unit yourself; contact an authorized dealer.

How to Clean the Air Filter:

  1. Open the front grille by pulling the two tabs towards the middle simultaneously.
  2. Unplug the display panel cable from the control box.
  3. Detach the grille from the main unit by holding the grille at a 45° angle, lifting it up slightly, and then pulling the grille forward.
  4. Remove the air filter.
  5. Clean the air filter by vacuuming (inlet side facing vacuum) or washing with warm water and mild detergent (inlet side facing down and away from water stream).
  6. Rinse with clean water and air-dry. DO NOT dry in direct sunlight.
  7. Reinstall the filter.
  8. Reinstall the front grille and reconnect the display panel cable.
  • Some models have an auto-lifting panel for simplified filter cleaning.

Repairing Refrigerant Leaks:

  • If a leak occurs, turn off the unit and any combustible heating devices. Ventilate the room and call your dealer immediately.
  • Refrigerant is toxic and flammable. DO NOT use the unit until the leak is repaired.
  • In small rooms, measures must be taken to prevent refrigerant concentration from exceeding safety limits.

Preparation for Periods of Non-Use:

  • Maintenance after Extended Non-Use:
    1. Remove obstacles from vents.
    2. Clean air filter and front grille.
    3. Turn on main power switch 12 hours prior to operation.
  • Storing the Unit While Not In Use:
    1. Run on FAN mode for 12 hours in a warm room to dry and prevent mold.
    2. Turn off and unplug the appliance.
    3. Clean the air filter and reinstall.
    4. Remove batteries from the remote control.
