Operation
1.
Select the desired source (Source I Measure
V,

Enable sweep create.

Use
the
SELECT
buttons to display the fixed level
sweep (as shown below).

To change the source value, key-in the value using

then
be
displayed.

the delay is presently set to

key-in the value using the keypad. The following

Note: Selecting a fixed range that is lower than the
keyed-in level

bias value

when
the parameters
are saved.

this situation, the source

default to

Press ENTER. The following message will be dis-

ENTER/CANCEL

At
this
point, the keyed-in parameters can
be
entered
(saved),
or
canceled. Perform one
of
the following
steps:
A.
To enter
and
save the keyed-in parameters, press
ENTER. The GENERATING SWEEP message
will
be
displayed. Sweep create
will
disable
and
the Source Measure
Unit
will
return to the
source-measure display state.
B.
To cancel the keyed-in parameters, press CAN-
CEL.
Sweep create
will
disable
and
the Source
Measure
Unit
will
return to the source-measure
display state. The previously programmed
sweep parameters
will
prevail.

Sweep
Perform the following steps to create a sweep list for a lin-
ear staircase sweep waveform (see Figure
2-32):

case sweep (as shown below).
