whetherdeliveredbysurfacemail,e-mailorfacsimile.Alloralordersmustbeconrmed
inwring.Byreferringtothisquotaon,BuyeracceptsandadoptstheGeneralTerms
andCondionsofSale(“TermsandCondions“)totheexclusionofanyaddionalor
dierenttermsappearinginBuyer’spurchaseorderandwaivesanyrightBuyermay

Invoicevalidatesorders.Ordersforcustom-conguredproductsarebuilttoyourspeci-
caonandthereforemaynotbecanceledoncetheorderhasbeenconrmed.
Date of shipment-Theesmatedshippingcapabilitystatedonthequotaonisgiven
solelyfortheBuyer’sinformaonanddoesnotconstuteacommitmenttodeliver
productsinaccordanceherewith.Buyermayrequestaspecicshippingdateorshipping
schedule.KellerAmerica,Inc.willscheduleshipmentsbaseduponBuyer’srequestand
KellerAmerica,Inc.’sshippingcapabiliesatthemeBuyer’spurchaseorderispro-
cessed,atwhichmeKellerAmerica,Inc.willissuetoBuyeraformalAcknowledgment
ofOrderthatwillindicatetheesmatedshippingdate(s).Aertheshipmentshavebeen
scheduled,BuyermaynotcancelorpostponeascheduledshipmentunlessBuyersub-
mitsitsrequestinwringandKellerAmerica,Inc.consentsbyissuinganewacknowl-
edgment.
Anyrequesttocancelortorescheduletheshipmentthatisreceivedlessthan21days
fromthedatescheduledfortheshipmentoftheproductscoveredbytherequestmay
berejectedasunmely,ormaybeaccepteduponpaymentofthecancellaonchargeof
20%orareschedulingchargeof10%ofthesalespriceshownonthisquotaonatKeller
America,Inc.’sopon.KellerAmerica,Inc.willuseitsbesteortstoshiponorevenbe-
foretheesmatedshippingdatesindicated,butwillnotbeliableforanydelayorfailure
todeliver.KellerAmerica,Inc.shallnotbeliableforanyspecial,incidentalorconsequen-
aldamagesresulngfordeliverydelaysorinabilitytodeliver.
AllgoodsormaterialssuppliedbyKellerAmerica,Inc.remainitspropertyunltotalpay-
mentisreceived.AllsuchgoodsandmaterialsareatthesoleriskoftheBuyerandinthe
eventofbeingdamaged,destroyedorlostaerdelivery.KellerAmerica,Inc.isentled
toreceivethetotalpaymentofthosegoods.

Limits of Pressure -KELLERpressuresensors,transducersandtransmiersaredesigned
towithstandacertainamountofoverpressurewithoutdamageorcalibraonshi.It
canrangefrom15Xforthelowerpressurerangesto1.1Xforthehighestranges.This
valueisdierentforeachproductandisreferredtointheproductliteratureas“Over
pressure”.Itistheuser’sresponsibilitytoensurethattheproperKELLERproductischo-
senfortheparcularpressurecondionsexpected.
Environmental condions-EachKELLERproductisdesignedtobecompablewitha
parcularenvironment.Itistheuser’sresponsibilitytoensurethattheKELLERproduct
isnotexposedtoanenvironmentalcondionforwhichitisnotdesigned.Thesecondi-
onscanincludeoperangtemperaturerangeandexposuretohigh-pressurewaterjets,
medianotcompablewiththematerialsofconstrucon,submergenceoftransmiers
notdesignedforthatpurpose,orpotenallyexplosiveatmospheres.AKELLERengi-
neercanhelptheuserdeterminethecorrectchoiceofenclosuretosuittheparcular
applicaon.
Electrical condions -EachKELLERproductisdesignedtooperateproperlywithina
specicrangeofelectricalcondions.Thespecicproductlabeldenestherang(s),
ifany,thatappliestotheproducttowhichitisaxed.Alltransmiersaredesigned
towithstandreversepolarityaswellasovervoltagetoacertainextent.Itistheuser’s
responsibilitytoensurethatallelectricalconneconsaremadetotheKELLERproducts
inaccordancewithKELLERrecommendaonsaswellaslocalelectricalcode.Wirecolors
orconnectorpin-outsareeitherprintedonthelabelaxedtotheproductorprovided
separately.
Cleaning-WARNING!Undernocircumstancesshouldthemembrane,pressureinput
port,ornosecaptotheKELLERdevicebeprobedwithanyobject.Damagetothesens-
ingmembraneispermanentand,inmostcases,requiresrepairorreplacement.
Regardingmedia-isolatedproducts,shouldthepressureinputornosecaptothesensor,
transducer,ortransmierbecomefouled,itmaybecleanedinthefollowingmanner:
Thedeviceshouldbeslowlyloweredmembrane-endintoasoluonofwarm,soapy
water.Careshouldbetakennottosubmergetheenredevice,unlessitisspecically
designedforconnuoussubmergence.Agitateinthesoluonfor20-30secondsorunl
