The plastic packaging on the new
filters has not been removed.
Remove the plastic packaging.
The air purifier is not placed on a
level surface during operation.
Make sure the air purifier is operating on a
hard, flat, level surface.
The air inlet or outlet is blocked by
foreign objects.
Remove the foreign objects.
The composite filter needs to be
replaced.
Replace the filter. See page 6 for instructions
on how to order new filters

Foreign object may be inside the

Strange odor
comes from the
air purifier.
The composite filter needs to be
cleaned or replaced.
Clean the filter or replace if necessary.
High humidity. Avoid using in an area with high humidity.
