TO CHECK THE BRUSHES
W hen brushes are worn to the level of the
base support bars, replace the brushroll
assembly.

1. Remove PowerMate
®
cover, belt and
brushroll assembly. See “To Remove Belt”
in
BELT CHANGING AND BRUSHROLL
CLEANING

2. Install new brushroll assembly.
3. Reinstall belt and PowerMate
®
cover. See
“To replace belt” in
BELT CHANGING
AND BRUSHROLL CLEANING
(page 21).
