The DP-3010 model also includes an editing function, specifically for recording CD content onto tape, ensuring optimal use of tape sides and preventing cut-offs. All models feature basic playback controls such as play, pause, stop, skip, and search, accessible via front panel controls and a remote control unit (RC-P3010 for DP-3010, RC-P2010 for DP-2010).

    • Programmed Play (Program Mode): Users can program up to 20 tracks in a desired sequence. The DP-3010 features an "AUTO SPACE" function to create 4-second no-sound intervals between programmed tracks, useful for recording to cassette decks. Programs can be checked, changed, and erased.

  • Troubleshooting: A "In case of difficulty" section provides common symptoms, causes, and remedies for issues like no power, disc not playing, no sound, interrupted music, and automatic play on power-up.
  • Safety Precautions: Emphasizes important safeguards such as proper power source connection, power-cord protection, ventilation, avoiding water and moisture, and not removing the enclosure. It also includes warnings regarding laser radiation and electric shock. Servicing should be referred to qualified personnel.
