5. Press Execute.
Update the Arrays if Serial Number Prefix is ≥ US/MY 5150
1. Connect the instrument to a LAN and write down the IP address.
Press
Utility > Instrument Info/Help Mode > Diagnostic.
2. Load the IP address into the instrument.
Press
Utility > GPIB/RS-232/LAN > LAN Setup > IP Address. Enter the IP address.
3. Using the web browser on the PC, enter the following URL, replacing <ip-address> with the actual IP address you
entered into the instrument in the previous step.
Type: http://<ip-address>/update.
4. Copy the script below and paste it into the text area on the System Update page shown in Figure 1.
