501 Attenuator hold setting over range; Power set to lower limit.
The firmware has changed the power setting to a value other than
the requested value due to the fact that, while in attenuator hold
mode, the user has requested a power setting that is below the ALC
range for the attenuator setting. The power has been set to the
lower limit.
