517 Calibration failure; Minimum DAC value exceeded.
Correction of the measured error requires a DAC correction less
than the minimum value of the DAC.
517 Calibration failure; Power Verify aborted by user.
While executing the Power Verify routine, either a DCAS was sent
over the GPIB, or the Abort key on the front panel was pressed.
517 Calibration failure; Power Verify failure: {name}
A failure has occurred while executing the Power Verify routine.
The calibration has been aborted.
517 Calibration failure; The required calibration values could not be read
from the file.
517 Calibration failure; The required calibration values could not be
written to the file.
517 Calibration failure; The Skew calibration value is outside the expected
range. The update to the calibration data has failed.
The supplied skew calibration value is outside the expected
adjustment limits. The adjustment limits are 0 to 1000pS. The skew
cal value will not be applied.
517 Calibration failure; The specified waveform RMS value({name}) is
incorrect. The RMS value must be between 0 and the square root of 2
(1.41421356237...).
