1. Locate the 10mm bolt at the lower left corner of the steel knee bolster.
2. Remove the 10mm bolt.

1. Place the ground ring of the mirror harness onto the removed
bolt and reinstall.
2. Secure the ground bolt, and torque to 6.8N-M (0.7 kgf-m, 5.0 lbf-ft).
CAUTION: Ensure the ground bolt is secure.

1. Take up any excess harness slack and secure to vehicle harness
with one (1) wire tie, as shown. Trim excess wire tie length.
2. Place one (1) piece of foam tape over the ground wire to secure it to the
vehicle body as shown.

Function Check Preparation:
1. Reconnect the negative battery cable, and torque to 3.93 N.m (0.40 kgf.m,
2.9 lb-ft).
WARNING: Shock Hazard! Do not touch vehicle's negative battery
terminal to vehicle's positive battery terminal. Serious injury and damage
to the vehicle may occur.
