Crossover & Wiring Configuration
We recommend using 16 gauge (or larger) wire. The
KS Speakers are rated at 4 ohms and work with
any source unit or amplifier designed to operate at
a 4 ohm load. Make sure your source unit or
amplifier is rated for 4 ohm operation.
Connect the crossover terminals and receptacles to
their respective mated connector and wire color. Slide
the clear cover over the terminals to prevent a short
circuit. Connect the crossover input to the outputs
of the head unit or amplifier using the supplied butt
connectors. The positive lead has gray insulation and
is labeled with a plus symbol. The negative lead has
gray insulation with a black stripe.
