6. Using Your Alarm (for Digital unit only) – Contd
Peak Level Display
Press peak level buon to display the most recent CO reading between 11 – 999ppm. At this
me the alarms backlight display will illuminate to assist.
This feature is useful to help you to know what levels of CO may have been detected in your
absence so correcve acon can be taken (such as servicing your boiler).
NOTE: The peak level memory is cleared to zero if the test and peak level buons are pressed
at the same me, or by removal of the baeries.
CO levels up to 30ppm can occur under normal non-dangerous condions. Such condions
could include nearby heavy traffic, starng a vehicle in an aached garage, starng a fire or a
nearby charcoal barbecue.
