Why King Canada KC-5LS fails to split logs?
    • R
      Rachel BakerJul 30, 2025
Your King Canada Log Splitter might fail to split logs due to several reasons: the log may be improperly positioned, the log size or hardness might exceed the machine's capacity, or the wedge cutting edge could be blunt. Oil leaks or unauthorized adjustments to the Max. Pressure Limiting Screw can also be the cause. Reduce the log size if it exceeds the machine's capacity.

What to do if King Canada KC-5LS has oil leaks?
    • G
      guerrerocindyAug 15, 2025
If you notice oil leaks around the cylinder ram or other points on your King Canada Log Splitter, it could be due to several reasons. Air might be sealed in the hydraulic system during operation, the bleed screw might not be tightened, or the oil drain bolt with dipstick could be loose. Before operating the log splitter, loosen the bleed screw by some rotations. Also, ensure you tighten the bleed screw before moving the log splitter, and tighten the oil drain bolt with dipstick.
