TROUBLE SHOOTING
Trouble Possible Cause Solution
Pressure drops or
oscillations
- Lack of water
- Nozzle is dirty
- Open the water tap
- Clean the nozzle of possible debris with tip
cleaner.
The motor hums when
switched on and fails to
start
- Main voltage too low
- Gun not activated
- Extension cord too
small
- Check the electrical connection
- Switch machine ON and operate the gun
- Use an extension cord of sufficient size
- Check the electrical requirements in safety
instructions (page 4)
The motor stops - Overload cut-out,
disconnected due to
motor overheating
- Check to see if power voltage is correct.
Rest over load switch, wait 3 minutes and then
switch the appliance on again.
The detergent fails to
come out soap spray
bottle
- Clogged injector - Clean the soap injector by using the tip
cleaner
Generates an irregular
and non-precise jet
- Dirty high pressure
nozzle in the spray
gun
- Clean the high pressure nozzle with the tip
cleaner
