Step 1: Attach Legs

Attach legs to the kettle base using washers and screws.

Step 2: Attach Leg Support Frame

Position and secure the leg support frame onto the grill legs.

Assembly Steps

Step 3: Attach Air Damper to Base

Attach the air damper to the kettle base using screw and nut.

Step 4: Attach Lid Handle and Damper

Attach the lid handle and lid air damper with hardware.

Step 5: Install Ash Can

Slide the ash can onto the rails on the bottom of the kettle base.

Step 6: Place Grates

Place the charcoal grate and cooking grate into the kettle base.
